Hi there!

Hi, I’m Tash. I’m a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, MSW student, and founder of WilderMind Expeditions. For over a decade, I’ve supported individuals of all abilities through adaptive recreation, movement, and holistic wellness practices.

My work is grounded in lived experience. As someone who navigates chronic illness, invisible disabilities, and sensory sensitivities, I understand what it means to move through the world with challenges that aren’t always visible or understood. That personal insight brings deep empathy to every session I offer.

Professionally, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, and older adults across a wide range of experiences—including chronic illness, trauma, mental health challenges, neurodivergence, and physical or sensory disabilities.

Whether you’re facing physical limitations, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or just need space to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to walk beside you through movement, reflection, and healing at your own pace.

You deserve support that meets you where you are, not where the world expects you to be.

Thanks for being here,

T.
